57s Charm

This past 5 days has been a puffy-eyes-zombie-look-messy-hair kind of days. Sleep for an hour or two, sipping more cup of coffee that allowed, moving here and there with 5 inch of heels, lipstick smears like crazy, mood swing since PMS + hectic days are a no go, and carrying 100 millions on cash everywhere like a rich kids on the wheels are the glimpse of my past week. Tired as hell yet every tiresome I felt seems to puff to I-don’t-know-where when I saw our crafted booth made everybody smile and have fun, when every picture placed on the D-day event and everyone on your social media post pictures of them, put a wide smile on their face on the booth and looked like they’re having tons of fun taking those pictures.

Really. It did feel like heaven. Seeing everybody’s happy through your work. Once again I felt that backstage-wonder feeling after years of lacking the experiences. I now realize why some people love being backstage instead of chirping in front of thousands of people, to be seen and being noticed. To be able to witness humans laugh without being spoiled by thank you(s), appraisals and all those kind of embarrassment is wonderful. Being questioned about who made this, who role those, what this things made of, how you made all of that, is some kind of internal pleasure for people like me. To see tons of pictures in post-event publication, although you might only have 2 or 3 pictures in that, is worth it when you saw your friends receiving gifts you wrapped with your bare hands, audiences laughing hysterically through your pick-out gifts and games, and your leader smile through your work.
Really, being backstage is just that fun.
